Refund policy: no refunds once you pay. Questions people ask before paying

Why is there no call?
Because calls are what make this expensive. A discovery call, a proposal and two follow-ups cost more hours than the build itself. Removing them is what keeps the price at 400 instead of 2,500.
What if I do not like how it turns out?
You build it in the editor and see it in a live preview before you pay. The structure and the look are not a surprise: you iterate as many times as you want. When the preview is what you want, you pay and download it. After that you keep editing without limit; only your brand stays fixed. What you do not do halfway through is switch templates, because that is starting another landing.
Do I really own what you deliver?
Yes. You download the deploy-ready build and can host it on any provider, under your own domain, with nothing locked to me. To be clear about what it is not: the package does not include the editable source code or a source repository. You are buying the finished, minified page, ready to publish, not the project it was built from.
What if my material is not ready yet?
