EfiziAI

Terms of service

Short answer

You pay $400 once for one landing page, built on a template you pick from this site. You create an account, build the page in an editor with your material and see it in a live preview; you edit without limit before you pay. When you pay, through a Paddle checkout, you download the deploy-ready build instantly, and you keep editing it yourself without limit afterward —your brand name, logo and cover video stay fixed—. You buy and own your own hosting and domain; the studio does not provide them. There are no refunds once you pay, and nothing is charged before you do.

Plain language, before you pay. These are the rules of the package sold on this site.

What you are buying

One landing page for 400 USD, built on one of the 5 templates published on this site. You create an account and build the page in an editor: you pick the template, and your text, photos, logo and colors go inside it. What you buy is the downloadable build of that page, not a multi-page site, an online store or an application.

Delivery

There is no delivery window. You build the page in your account and download it the moment you pay: the build is generated and downloaded instantly. Nothing is charged, and there is nothing to deliver later, until you pay. After you pay you keep editing without limit: go back to the editor whenever you want, adjust it yourself and download again.

Changes

You make changes yourself in the editor, with no limit on how many times —before and after you pay—: you edit content, wording, images and details, see them in the live preview, and download again as many times as you want. You do it yourself, by hand; El Creador (the AI) only works before you pay. After payment your identity is fixed: the brand name, the logo and the cover video cannot be changed —one payment, one brand—. Switching templates or changing the page structure is starting another landing, not an edit.

Who owns what

On download, the deploy-ready build of your page, the minified production files, is yours, with no restrictions on hosting or transferring it. The package does not include the editable source code or the project repository: the underlying template stays the property of the studio and is reused for other clients, which is exactly why the price is what it is. Your content, photos and brand were always yours.

Hosting and domain

Not included and not provided here. You buy and pay for your own domain and your own hosting, in your name and with your own credit card; the studio does not contract or resell either one. The delivery includes instructions to deploy the build. There is no monthly fee owed to the studio and no service that stops working if you stop paying.

Refunds

No refunds once you pay. You build and approve the page in a live preview before you pay, and on payment the build downloads instantly; a digital build already downloaded cannot be returned. Before you pay, nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. After you pay you keep editing without limit to put the result right. The full policy is on the refund page.

Taxes and paperwork

The price is 400 USD for the studio's work. Payment is processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record: at its checkout, Paddle adds and remits the VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, so that tax is collected and paid by Paddle, not the studio, and you do no tax paperwork with the studio. Nothing in this package includes invoicing, tax filing, tax registration or currency-exchange paperwork in any country, Colombia included, and none of it is promised anywhere on this site.

What is not promised

No specific number of visitors, leads, sales or search rankings is promised. Those depend on your business, your market and your advertising, none of which are inside this package. What is promised is a page you build and download, with the build in your hands.

Two languages, one agreement

These terms are published in English and Spanish so you can read them in whichever you prefer, and both versions are meant to say the same thing. If a difference ever shows up between the two, the English version is the one that governs. That is written down on purpose: two versions with equal standing means each side gets to quote the one that suits it, which is worse than having no translation at all.

This is not legal or tax advice

Cristian Gutiérrez is a software developer. He is not a lawyer and he is not an accountant, and nothing on this page should be read as if he were. These documents describe how the service works and what each side owes the other, which is commercial evidence of the agreement and nothing more. What your business has to do to comply with the law where you operate is a question for a professional in your own jurisdiction.

EfiziAI Studio is Cristian Gutiérrez, working from Colombia and selling in United States dollars.
