Before you pay: nothing is charged

Everything on this site is free to look at, and creating the account and building your landing in the editor is free. Nothing is charged until you pay, which is the last step before you download. Up to that point you can close your account and walk away, and there is nothing to refund because nothing changed hands. You would pay the full $400 only when you decide to download.

Once you pay

Paying is the last step before you download, and the moment you pay the build is generated and downloaded. From that point there are no refunds. The reason is worth saying out loud instead of hiding in a clause: what you are buying is a digital build, and files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded. A policy that promised a refund at that stage would be a promise nobody could keep, which is the kind of promise that ends in a dispute.

If you are not happy with the result

This is the recourse that actually protects you, so here it is plainly: it comes before you pay, by design. You build the page in the editor and see it in a live preview, editing it as many times as you want, so the structure and the look are not a surprise you discover at the end. You pay only when the preview is already what you want, and what you download is exactly that. After you pay you keep editing it without limit to fine-tune it. Once downloaded, the build is in your hands and the money is not refundable. Look at it closely before you pay; if it is not what you want, the honest move is not to buy.

What this does not cover

• Hosting, a domain, stock photos or any third-party service you bought yourself. That money never reached the studio, so the studio was never holding it.
• Your time, or revenue you expected the page to produce. No number of visitors, leads or sales is promised anywhere on this site.
• Changing your mind about the template after you pay. That is starting another landing, not something the build you already downloaded covers.
• A build already downloaded. If the build is in your hands, it is yours either way.

How to reach me if something is wrong

1. Write to cdgutierrez6@gmail.com, or to the WhatsApp number in the footer, from the same email you created your account with.
2. Tell me what went wrong. If it is a problem with the payment or the download, this is how we sort it out. To adjust the content you do not need to write me: after you pay you edit it yourself in the editor, without limit, and download again.
3. You get a written reply the same business day, and we sort out the change from there.
4. If more than 10 business days pass with no reply at all, write again on WhatsApp; it means the email did not reach me.
